The changes are designed to make the test more relevant to the jobs that potential employers are now demanding of graduates. Therefore, it is not surprising that IELTS makes a point of featuring the type of writing and essay topics that will interest a global audience. The main goal of the test is to measure how well English speakers know their language. With that in mind, I will discuss the topics that will be included. This will give you a better idea about what to expect when taking the exam.The IELTS Essay Topics is divided into two sections: each section will be divided into two parts. The first part will focus on basic English grammar and usage. The second part of the exam will cover reading, writing, listening, and speaking the English language. Both sections are written in such a way that they can be used to assess grammar and how well students use the English language.The writing sections are based on a sample essay. During the test, you will be required to read an essay and answer the four questions in the sample. If you pass, you will receive a mark which is based on the percentage of correct answers. You will be asked to respond to each question correctly. For example, in the essay sample you will answer the following questions:All participants who have completed the writing portion will have three minutes to prepare for the final section of the essay. The next topic to be covered is the listening section. You will be asked to answer questions such as: How did you hear about the topic discussed in the essay? Which parts of the essay did you listen to first?The last part of the IELTS Essay Topics is the Speaking section. This section will test how well you can read, write, and speak English. You will be asked to read an essay and then answer the following questions: What are your impressions of the style and content of the essay? Did you make any errors when reading it?
